I'm wondering how you are all faring through these troubling times?  We have weathered a global pandemic, civil unrest as a result of centuries of Systemic Racism and ever increasing signs of Global Warming.  Add to all this the strangest political race any of us can remember and you have quite a shit storm.  I'm getting by with daily meditation, lots of exercise, focusing on my work, creating music, spending time with people I love and trying to find something to feel grateful about every day.  Share your thoughts!
